'To change the world, we must first change the way babies are being born'

Support that goes Beyond Birth
You may be wondering what does Doula exactly do or why is she such a supportive addition to your perinatal journey?
Doula is someone who works only for you, no shift change, no chart filling; she provides continuous, in-person, heart-centred physical & emotional support in pregnancy & labour. She is the one who grounds you in moments when things can get rushed, loud or unexpected. She helps you find your voice. She is your anchor & is there in your corner no matter what. She prepares you, gives you evidence based knowledge, tools, helps you replace fear with confidence in leading and birthing your way.
As your Doula I will hold your hand, your space and your privacy
I will trust you, your body, your baby, your partner, the whole process
I am in no way replacing your partner
I am there to empower you to help you make your own decisions
And advocate for your needs.
